Are Religious Apparitions Holograms?
Author: Dr. Blinston // Category: Religious Apparitions, Supernatural PhenomenaToday on Twitter, one of my twitter friends tweeted that religious apparitions may be holograms:
“Any ‘Holy’ apparitions B4 1920s could B the work of a hologram machine.”
That is an interesting theory. However, it is important for me to point out that I am not trying to prove or disprove the phenomena. I study the affect these phenomena have on the people who experience them. The phenomena fascinate me, and I love to study them, but they are not the primary focus of my research. Whether we believe in the phenomena or not, the events are real to the people who experience them, and the experiencers are affected.
I find the hologram theory interesting and had one participant whose story sounded very much like a moving holographic image. However, the holographic image can not be touched or touch, yet some of my participants were touched physically and energetically by the apparitions they witnessed. Yet, a recent new piece out of Japan show holograms that respond to touch and can be felt! This technology is very new to us earthlings, as far as I know! hmmm…

Thanks for this very nice post Doc! I believe in paranormal and supernatural but it’s just so difficult to prove they exist.
Many people are saying that if they have appeared before the invention of hologram machines, it would be a lot more easier to prove.
Still, others argue that what’s seen from corner of the the eye could be an illusion, while some others say they saw it from only one angle.
I smile when I think Saint Mary says to God BEAM ME UP (or DOWN!) It’s a funny thought (I don’t mean it in any offensive ways). I just wonder what other goofy ppl think of (I am goofy at times)!

Hello Kelly, Thank you for your comment! No doubt there are optical illusions. Still, there are unexplained phenomena that do occur. We know they occur, because there is physical evidence, such as poltergeist, hauntings, crop circles, stigmata, spontaneous formation of sacred ash (Vibuthi), etc. These are all very fascinating.

Dear, I’ve watched the video and its captions clearly indicate that it’s not “touchable holography”. It’s a combination of motion sensing devices and ultrasonic compression of air to create waves of differing pressures. Like everything else, it’s illusion.
You are researching the correct phenomenon.
